N skill: CA PAM Or any other vendor PAM solution-related experience.

N-1 Skill: AD/SailPoint/Ticketing tool – L1 skillset. – Good to have.

Skills required:-

• CA-PAM Administration and support-L2 ( tools like Okta /Cyber-Ark)
• SailPoint Monitoring and Support – L1 (Good to have)
• Hands-on any PAM application integration and operational support
• Active Directory/User Administration and LDAP L1 Support
• 2 Factor Authentication application administration. (Good to have)
• Splunk console logs and troubleshooting(Good to have)
• Ticketing Tools – Any Remedy/Codesk/ServiceNow.
