Key Responsibilities: 🔧 Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and more.
🔧 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
🔧 Configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including integrations.
🔧 Provide expertise on ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
🔧 Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications: ✔️ 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Engineer or similar role.
✔️ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or SecOps.
✔️ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies for ServiceNow development.
✔️ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and ITIL frameworks.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
